General Terms and Conditions
1.We act as a disclosed agent for third party suppliers, such as a tour operator, hotel or restaurant. What this means is that the contract is between you and the supplier. This will signify that we have no contractual liability to you in respect of that product. In most cases this will mean that there are additional terms and conditions relating to that product. Please ensure that you read any extra terms and conditions before completing your transaction with us. You can contract suppliers directly for these, or else request them from us.
2.Because the contract for the product is between you and the supplier, any queries or concerns should be addressed directly to them. If you require contact details for a supplier, you may of course contact us for assistance.
3.If there are any changes to the details supplied to us by you, it is your responsibility to inform Wishcraft as soon as possible.
4.We cannot guarantee that third parties to whom your details are sent will not send you emails.
5.We will do our best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as possible after being notified of them. For example, very occasionally a price, product, service or other detail displayed to us may be incorrect. In this case we reserve the right to cancel the contract, but of course this will be without any liability to you.

Withdrawal/cancellation rights
Once you have entered into a contract with a third party, e.g. a hotel, you must follow the withdrawal and cancellation rights of that third party. Always read these before completing your transaction with us.

Wishcraft is a UK-based company and follows UK law.
When buying goods or services on the internet or by phone, the consumer is entering a legally binding contract.
